Whatever your current ability, improving your literacy and numeracy skills can boost your confidence and improve
your quality of life and prospects at work.

Our specialist tutors and Award Winning learning resources can improve your skills using practical examples and projects found in your everyday life and work. You can improve your life skills as an independent programme or to support the study of an NVQ.

Your current levels of literacy or numeracy are assessed and an individual learning plan prepared that will take your skills to the next level. A simple assessment at the end of the programme provides a nationally recognised qualification at the level you achieve.

If you are in employment government funding is currently available to help you raise your literacy and numeracy
skills in a step by step programme by up to 3 levels. If you are unemployed Skills for Life are usually funded as part
of an employability programme.
