Whether selling a product or service, providing advice in a public sector setting or working in a bank or building society, customer facing staff have a crucial role to play in the success of their organisation.
This flexible programme in Customer Service is available as a Level 2 Apprenticeship or level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship. With a wide choice of optional units to choose from in the Technical certificate and NVQ certificate, it can be designed to suit almost any customer facing role.
