Within the framework of a National Vocational Qualification, the unique NLC Business Improvement Techniques involves employees in improving business efficiency and reducing costs while developing their skills and knowledge of modern business methods to maintain a policy of continuous improvement. The NLC BIT programme is designed to help all businesses, large and small, reduce costs and improve efficiency by releasing the power of the work force.
Efficient DeliveryThe course is delivered to teams of 8-12 employees in a series of 5 one day training and assessment workshops (normally one day per week) followed by observations and assessment of the effect of the improvements made in the workplace. Average length of course is 10 weeks.
